If you suspect that you might have a hardware issue with one of our camera or appliance products please use the following process.


  1. Go to the Ava support portal and log in to initiate a support case with Ava.
  2. The Ava support team will work with you to conduct checks to determine if it is a hardware defect.
  3. Ava issues a return number and return instructions and emails you a prepaid shipping label.

  4. If the hardware has failed we will provide Next Business Day Onsite Support with replacement server or parts.
