If you suspect that you might have a hardware issue with one of our vcam or vserver products please use the following process..


  1. Go to the vcare support portal and log in to initiate a support case with Vaion.
  2. The Vaion vcare team will work with you to conduct checks to determine if it is a hardware defect 
  3. Vaion issues a return number and return instructions and emails you a prepaid shipping label 

  4. If the hardware has failed we will provide Next Business Day Onsite Support with replacement server or parts
