Remote Cloud was previously working, but now does not, and state is showing as Unknown in Remote Access Vcloud module:




There was a change to the domain that we use, from vaion.com to ava.uk. First thing to check is Firewall, and ensure that ava.uk is whitelisted.


We have also found that Meraki Web Content Filter may flag ava.uk as potentially dangerous. You can check this by going to a PC on the same network as the Vserver, and attempting to access https://aware.ava.uk




If you get the following, you may need to whitelist *.ava.uk in order to regain remote access capabilities.
