The logs from the Reveal Agent are gathered by generating a debug bundle.  This can then be sent to our support team to analyze.  Below are the steps to gather the bundle for their respective operating systems.

NOTE: For more verbose logging, you can add a `-v` to the end of the command (for any OS).

# Windows

For a comprehensive set of logs, please use the agent "debug bundle" functionality which will generate a zipped log file bundle.

### Method

Then type

`"C:\Program Files\Jazz Networks\Agent\agent.exe" debug bundle`

Depending on agent version, it may take a few minutes for the bundle collection to complete.

The bundle will be placed in your current working directory.
